A year ago, I wrote about a fantastic goat farm and chèvrerie in Marsauceux, near our friends' home in Normandy. We returned this weekend to the Bois du Louviers, where you see the happy goats growing, eating and being milked, and you can buy the cheeses that result. The whole process is filled with love, as evidenced by this picture of the proprietor and as reflected in the perfection of the finished product.
